CIRCUIT MISSION STATEMENT

The calling of the Methodist Churches to respond to the good news of God's love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission

The churches in the West Oxfordshire Methodist Circuit are committed to:

• Providing living and relevant Christian worship, sacraments, prayer and teaching, and seeking a deeper understanding of God's purposes and of the Gospel of Jesus Christ;

• Supporting and nurturing pastorally those within the church and geographic community;

• Witnessing to Christ in the community and the wider world by outreach, and encouraging moral values -and justice;

• Being good stewards of our God-given resources.
